This position presents a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Designer to transition client-side and join a renowned restaurant group during an exciting period of international expansion. With a strong focus on Interior Architecture and FF&E, the position is instrumental in delivering innovative projects across the group’s growing global portfolio. Working closely with Directors and Lead Designers, this position involves shaping creative direction, driving project success, and cultivating essential relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
This position is a full-time, studio-based role.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurant and bar design. They will possess advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, along with strong technical expertise to produce detailed technical packages. A passion for FF&E is essential, with comprehensive knowledge of suppliers, products, and bespoke materials and finishes.
Proven experience managing projects across all phases, from concept to completion, is required, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines. The candidate should be adept at managing project timelines and overseeing both their own tasks and those of junior team members. A solid understanding of project financials, including cost management and budgeting, is advantageous. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to deliver clear, effective presentations.
