A widely recognised household name in design, is presently in search of a versatile middleweight interior architect with a strong design sensibility to join their London studio and its expanding team.

The ideal candidate should possess experience within the high-end hospitality and/or residential projects, demonstrating the ability to contribute significantly to project success as part of a collaborative team. This involves delivering projects to an exceptional standard, from initial concept and briefing to on-site installation.

The designer will collaborate closely with the senior designer and director team, contributing to the creation of designs and the production of documentation for interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with directors with creative narratives that respond to the brief
  • Develop the concept through design research
  • Create client presentation documents
  • Create detailed design packages and specification books
  • Draft joinery packages for furniture, lighting, and reflected ceiling plans
  • Source and write specifications for all sanitary ware, ironmongery, and fixed design elements
  • Coordinate all FF&E within the detailed design packages
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and vendors
Skills and Experience
  • Presently possess the right to work in the UK
  • Hold a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Showcase a portfolio illustrating project experience within the luxury sector for hospitality, hotels, and commercial residential
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in producing detailed design packages
  • Possess basic knowledge of building regulations and restrictions
  • Have experience in sourcing and documenting FF&E and/or selecting and documenting interior architectural finishes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe CS
  • Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all work
  • Demonstrate initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, displaying flexibility and enthusiasm
