Studio Manager & Executive Assistant role at leading high-end design and hospitality company.
This is a multifaceted role supporting the CEO of a construction, property development and investment company across both the creative and operational areas of the business. Responsibilities include high-level administrative support, procurement coordination, and overseeing studio operations. It’s a dynamic position at the intersection of project management and executive assistance, requiring someone who can ensure smooth day-to-day function while contributing to the firm’s creative output.
The successful candidate will bring a background in architecture or interior design, coupled with experience in the high-end hospitality sector. They should have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational abilities, and be confident managing procurement processes (essential). This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a solid understanding of the design and hospitality industries. A proactive, adaptable mindset and strong communication skills will be key to excelling in this position.
