This London studio is seeking a Middleweight Designer to join their team and help deliver refined interiors across a mix of high-end residential and hotel projects.
A Middleweight Interior Designer role within a growing London-based studio working across high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects in the UK and internationally. The position offers hands-on involvement throughout all stages of design, from concept through to delivery, with the opportunity to contribute to bespoke interiors that are both thoughtful and technically refined.
The studio encourages a highly collaborative way of working, with no fixed house style, design ideas are welcomed from everyone around the table. This role suits a designer who enjoys bringing their own creative thinking to the mix, contributing to open discussions, and shaping projects with a strong sense of ownership and freedom.
The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of UK-based experience, with a portfolio that reflects strong design sensibility and technical knowledge across luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. They’ll be confident taking initiative and able to manage elements of a project independently, whether sourcing materials, developing bespoke joinery, or coordinating FF&E. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe CS is essential, alongside a working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes. Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants and contractors are key.
This multidisciplinary design practice offers a holistic approach to design from architecture, interior design and project management for a diverse international client base. The team values original thinking, attention to detail and a highly personal approach to design. Hybrid working is possible depending on project demands, and there is scope to grow within the practice as it continues to expand.
