The successful candidate will bring over 10 years’ experience delivering high-end design schemes, with a strong foundation across architecture, interiors and FF&E. Confident in leading projects through all RIBA stages, they will combine design integrity with commercial awareness, balancing creative vision with technical rigour. They will be adept at pitching new business, setting clear project strategy, and steering teams through complexity with calm authority. A skilled communicator and collaborative leader, they will also play a key role in resourcing, studio operations, and talent development.
