about the position

This FF&E role focuses on the delivery of high-end residential interior projects, requiring strong AutoCAD proficiency, well-considered spatial coordination, and an appreciation for drawing standards. Responsibilities include supporting the FF&E team in developing internal elevations, setting up drawings, and ensuring seamless coordination between furniture and architectural teams. The role involves liaising with external consultants, including executive architects, lighting and AV specialists, and client teams to ensure design details are implemented effectively.

Key duties include managing procurement packages, overseeing liaison with makers, conducting workshop visits and sign-offs, and assisting throughout the design development, procurement, and installation phases. The position also involves preparing and delivering presentations, responding to project-related enquiries, and ensuring documentation is accurately maintained. Additional responsibilities include assisting with logistics and installation, and overseeing post-project snagging.

The role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across all project phases.

about the candidate

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Interior Design and proven experience in high-end residential interiors, with expertise in FF&E procurement, spatial coordination, and design detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with a strong understanding of drawing standards and the ability to produce and manage detailed internal elevations and furniture layouts.

A comprehensive knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture production is required, along with well-established supplier and artisan relationships to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

The candidate will be a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with the ability to manage projects across all phases, meet deadlines, and uphold the studio’s exacting standards.
