This studio is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client opportunities and expand its presence in the luxury interior design market. Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Design Lead, this role involves generating leads, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and industry professionals, and positioning the studio as a leader in high-end interiors. Based in Central London, this full-time role requires strategic planning, networking, and collaboration with the design and marketing teams to secure projects and enhance brand visibility.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably within the luxury interior design, property, or high-end lifestyle sectors. A strong network within these industries is highly desirable. They should be proactive, confident, and skilled in client engagement, negotiation, and strategic planning. Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury interiors are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of InDesign are preferred.
