Associate Designer to lead hotel projects from concept through to completion, overseeing a team of designers and ensuring seamless project execution. This role involves overseeing design drawing packages at all stages using AutoCAD and sourcing FF&E, including bespoke and off-the-shelf pieces.
Key responsibilities include leading site visits, which require international travel, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel design, with experience delivering projects from concept to completion. They should demonstrate proven leadership experience, mentoring and guiding a team while providing creative direction. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the confidence to engage effectively with key stakeholders. The role also requires the ability to review drawing packages, provide constructive feedback, and step into AutoCAD when necessary.
