Our client is seeking a Business Development and Bid Coordinator to join its award-winning, design-led architectural practice. The role involves coordinating business development activities and managing bid processes, including SQ, RFP, and ITT responses as well as architectural presentations. Working closely with the Communications Team and senior architectural staff, the coordinator will ensure the preparation of high-quality submissions and maintain business development resources while contributing to the studio's growth strategy.

about the candidate

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in bid management or a similar role, preferably in the architectural or design sector. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with CRM familiarity preferred. The role requires strong project and time management abilities, excellent writing skills to craft accessible architectural content, and an eye for detail. Candidates should be confident communicators, team players, and capable of handling multiple deadlines under pressure.
