Our client is seeking a Bid Manager to oversee and optimise the tendering process for new projects in their London-based design studio. This role involves managing multiple concurrent tenders, preparing submissions, liaising with clients and partners, and maintaining up-to-date materials to streamline operations. The Bid Manager will also play a pivotal role in refining pricing strategies, tracking leads and conversions, and ensuring the consistency and efficiency of tender processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven processes. Proficiency in InDesign and Excel is essential, along with experience in writing and editing bespoke content for tenders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is critical to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
