Our client is seeking a PA and Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to the directors and oversee the smooth running of studio operations in a fast-paced, creative architectural environment. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, project administration, office operations, marketing support, and HR-related tasks, ensuring the studio's efficiency and success.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a PA to senior executives, preferably within the architecture or design industry, with exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe InDesign, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality are essential. A proactive mindset, passion for architecture, and familiarity with project management tools are highly desirable.
