Our client is seeking a proactive and organised to oversee day-to-day operations, manage internal workflows, and act as a central liaison between teams. Reporting to the Director of Projects and Operations, the role ensures smooth project execution, coordinates studio processes, and supports the Creative Director and wider team. Responsibilities include project tracking, resource allocation, office management, media communications, and executive assistance, helping drive the delivery of high-quality creative work.
The ideal candidate will have in a similar role within a fast-paced creative or commercial environment, with exceptional organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. They should demonstrate expertise in project management, studio operations, and team coordination, with strong interpersonal abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Figma Slides, and workflow management tools is essential, along with adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a proactive mindset to improve processes and drive efficiency.
