The Junior Marketing Coordinator will join the New Business Team, playing a pivotal role in preparing bids, presentations, and marketing materials. The role involves updating marketing brochures, tracking revisions, creating PowerPoint presentations, and maintaining contact lists for consultants and architects. Working closely with the Head of New Business and a team of graphic designers, the Junior Marketing Coordinator will contribute to crafting compelling content in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable written English, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly adapt and add value. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and beginner-level skills in InDesign and Photoshop are required. A passion for architecture and design, alongside an undergraduate degree, is essential. Desirable qualities include prior marketing experience, foreign language skills, and a marketing-related qualification.
