This position presents an exciting opportunity for a Middleweight Interior Designer to join a dynamic team and play a key role in a range of luxury projects, with a primary focus on a high-end residential development in the US. The role centres on the FF&E aspect of the design process, encompassing everything from initial concept development to procurement, ensuring the creation of exceptional interiors that uphold the studio’s commitment to quality and creativity.
This position ideally seeks a candidate for a permanent role, though a 9-month fixed-term contract may be considered.
The successful candidate will have FF&E experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects, with a strong track record of creating refined, layered interiors. They should possess expertise in luxury specifications, materials, and finishes, along with hands-on experience in procurement and FF&E administration. The ability to work independently is essential, and familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous, though design documentation is not required.
