This position presents the opportunity to move client-side working alongside the director of developments on a pipeline of luxury residential projects that range from 1.5 - 20 million in contract value. Responsibilities for this position will vary based on the scope of each project. Tasks may include aspects of project management, reviewing and assisting with design layouts and drawings, but primarily from a strategic perspective.
The role involves liaising with clients on procurement strategies, setting project briefs, conducting feasibility studies, and coordinating closely with appointed architects to ensure project goals are met effectively.
The successful candidate will have an architectural background with experience transitioning into project management. They will be a well-rounded professional with over five years of experience, eager to continue learning and gain broader exposure to the industry. A strong understanding of contractors, procurement processes, and project coordination is essential.
Experience in high-end private residential projects is highly desirable, as is the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and budgets. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing hard work with efficient, streamlined processes to deliver exceptional results.
