Join an up and coming practice and hone your skills across the stages on a range of UK projects from new build housing to intricate conversions and culture. This is small close knit team with a busy stream of work and plenty on site to enable an experienced Part II to qualify.
This role would suit an experienced part II with strong conceptual and presentation skills, ideally from a larger design name who is looking to downscale or someone from a likeminded emerging design studio who wants to further contribute to high quality work. In return you will get experience beyond that of an assistant, company trips out and a bright well located office with hybrid working.
· Join a team to work under an associate/ director on a range of UK project across the stages.
· Produce concept images, design development and technical information in Microstation.
· Liaise with client, consultants and contractors.
· Supervision of works on site with a director.
· Part II assistant with some practical experience from a reputable design practice.
· Experience within mixed use/housing would be beneficial.
· Sound knowledge of UK building codes and construction methods.
· Passion or experience with Passivhaus would be beneficial.
· Microstation ideal, Sketchup essential.
· Desire to join a small but dynamic firm and grow your own career.
