In this role as Project Architect you will enjoy close collaboration with management whilst overseeing an assistant in the design, development and execution of projects up to £30m. Building on your client liaison and coordination skills, this is an opportunity for a relatively newly qualified Part III to take the reigns on their own career development in a leading role at a practice where everyone has a voice.
· Day to day lead on design, development and delivery of projects, focusing on mixed use / workplace fit out.
· Use your creative flair to produce concept ideas for pitches.
· Production of planning and technical documentation in AutoCAD and / or Revit.
· Supervision of works on site.
· Mentor Juniors.
· Newly qualified Part III Qualified Architect / equivalent.
· Experience within UK workplace advantageous, although a quality portfolio demonstrating your own design ideas and creative flair across any sector will be considered.
· Sound knowledge of UK building codes and construction methods.
· Passion or experience in sustainable retrofit and existing buildings beneficial.
· Eagerness to join a small but busy firm where everyone roles their sleeves up!
