Join a global leader in architecture as a People & Talent Advisor and shape the future of HR for them.
The People & Talent Advisor provides HR advice and administrative support to designated teams within the practice while managing a P&T Coordinator. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, managing payroll, advising on HR policies, handling employee relations cases, and ensuring legal compliance for immigration and international transfers. The role involves driving HR procedures across the employee lifecycle, offering insights through employee data analysis, and supporting key projects such as appraisals, promotions, and pay reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR generalist processes, with up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law (international experience is a plus) and payroll procedures. Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP). Candidates should demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment, experience mentoring junior staff, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is preferred, as is experience in a demanding HR role.
