- Development of creative concepts and progressing designs from initial ideas through to completion.
- Creation of detailed tender and construction documents.
- Proposals and specifications for FF&E, materials, and furnishings, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Attend site meetings or collaborate remotely with international site teams to ensure project alignment.
- Must have legal eligibility to work in the UK.
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture required.
- Portfolio showcasing a career dedicated to hospitality design.
- Proven experience in preparing tender documents and bespoke joinery packages.
- In-depth knowledge of FF&E within the hospitality industry.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong passion for design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
