The role is full-time studio based in Central London.
- Purchasing
- Liaising with accountants
- Invoicing clients
- Assisting with production of quotes
- Assisting to prepare fee proposals, payment schedules, forecasts and accounts
- Checking and settling suppliers and subcontractors’ invoices
- Building relationships with suppliers
- Supporting senior team with managing construction schedules and programmes
- Supporting construction site teams
- A solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communicator
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Proactive and logical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within residential construction in London
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Thorough understanding of CIS and construction VAT desired
