The ideal candidate will gain exposure to various aspects of the construction and architecture industries, gaining hands-on experience in managing finances, purchasing, and providing project management support within a thriving and friendly workplace.

The role is full-time studio based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing  
  • Liaising with accountants
  • Invoicing clients  
  • Assisting with production of quotes  
  • Assisting to prepare fee proposals, payment schedules, forecasts and accounts  
  • Checking and settling suppliers and subcontractors’ invoices  
  • Building relationships with suppliers 
  • Supporting senior team with managing construction schedules and programmes  
  • Supporting construction site teams
Skills and Experience
  • A solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets 
  • Excellent organisational skills  
  • Strong communicator  
  • High standard of written and spoken English  
  • Proactive and logical approach to problem-solving  
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads   
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within residential construction in London 
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign 
  • Thorough understanding of CIS and construction VAT desired
